Reason: I'm getting tired of when someone spams or swears, then I say "Spamming" or "Language" it doesn't have an effect and they still continue to do so.

Also I don't see the already few number of staffs in SkyWars online that much anymore. So now, people think that Skywars doesn't have any rules, but it does.

Another reason is to make SkyWars more fun for players. Some people think that SkyWars is just about Killing and trying to be Fame. They don't see it the way I do. People should look at SkyWars like life, we work hard, we make transactions or do deals with other players, we're trying to have a better status in life/Ranking up, we try to avoid scammers who steal our stuff. SkyWars will be more fun if we look at it that way.

I also want to make an effect to the staff members. Staffs ban people when they break the rules, I understand how that could be a good idea, taking out the weeds. But then the outcome is that there's a lot of people who hate RanDomCraft. So much people are getting banned, and spreading rumors about RanDomCraft to other servers, My idea for being Staff is changing people's ways, not banning them. I would talk to them or try to state the facts on why they shouldn't do that. Therefore removing bad actions while keeping our players and our reputation.
