Also I don't see the already few number of staffs in Factions online that much anymore. So now, people think that Factions doesn't have any rules, but it does.
Another reason is to make Factions more fun for players. Some people think that Factions is just about Killing and trying to be Fame. They don't see it the way I do. People should look at Factions like life, we work hard, we make transactions or do deals with other players, we're trying to have a better status in life/Ranking up, we try to avoid scammers who steal our stuff. Factions will be more fun if we look at it that way.
I also want to make an effect to the staff members. Staffs ban people when they break the rules, I understand how that could be a good idea, taking out the weeds. But then the outcome is that there's a lot of people who hate RanDomCraft. So much people are getting banned, and spreading rumors about RanDomCraft to other servers, My idea for being Staff is changing people's ways, not banning them. I would talk to them or try to state the facts on why they shouldn't do that. Therefore removing bad actions while keeping our players and our reputation.

I was an Admin in another server before. I helped out with its plugins and help out with minor plugin issues. I am also currently an Admin in the Creative Server in RandomCraft.
In my team as Admin here, I introduced many new suggestions to AD_Kingzz and assisted AD_Kingzz in many things, ranging from configs to minor commands and permissions. I am an all rounder and I can pick up everything very easily. Furthermore, I have a few ideas that will hopefully make Factions more unique and unlike any other server in the Minecraft realm. (I sent you a contact request on skype, Accept it and I will tell you more about it)
Factions is the biggest server in Randomcraft and I believe that with my input and suggestions on how to make it better, it will forever grow bigger and bigger.
One of the main reason why I want to become a Factions Staff Member is that I am a big supporter of Factions and the gameplay that it entails. I can also assure you that once accepted, I will become one of the most active staff member so you can say goodbye to those "No staff online" threads. I am also in a timezone in which there are hardly any players or staff online. This helps me make factions better by playing factions and reporting any known bugs. Personally, I can even tell you how to solve it through configs. As I am very fluent in plugins and configs, I can assist you in managing the plugins and tell you how those bugs in Factions came about and how to fix them.
